How soon should I hear back?

WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN AUTO-REPLY EMAIL THAT TELLS YOU YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WAS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED.

This tells you that your form went through and showed up in our email queue. It also verifies that you have correctly entered your email address. If you do not receive an auto-reply email right away, please check your email junk/spam folder and add us to your safe sender list! If you don't find an auto-reply in your junk, trash or spam folders, you should probably re-submit the form and be sure that your email address was entered correctly. If you are using an I-phone or Tablet and the form is not working correctly, GO HERE to copy/paste the info and register by email.

If you've submitted your registration and sent your payment and haven't received an email confirmation within 3-4 business days, please notify us by email to make sure your registration came through and didn't fall through the cracks!

How will I know that I got in?

All registrations are processed by hand in the order they are received. In general, you should hear back within 2-3 business days. (Add a couple of days if you have registered over the weekend or a holiday.) Some days there are a flood of registrations to go through and much juggling to help people find the right class for them, their schedules, and their dogs.

Since I am class instructor, lecture presenter, private lesson giver, behavior consultant, phone answerer, registration processor, email writer, social media promoter, curriculum writer, website manager, events calendar and schedule updater - as well as chief cook and bottle washer, weed puller, poop scooper, grandma, ball thrower, and dog snuggler, it probably won't be immediate. But I will do my best to get your confirmation to you in a timely fashion!

We teach until 9PM and then eat dinner, so emails often get answered after you are probably in bed, when it is too late to call!
